Velorama Announces Music Headliners with a Discounted 3-day Festival Pass on Sale Friday, March 16

DENVER — Velorama Festival returns with a stellar lineup of bands to re-ignite the RiNo Art District with three days of music and cycling festivities, Aug. 17-19. A limited number of Early Bird 3-Day Festival Passes go on sale at 10 a.m.Friday, March 16.

Organizers of the second annual Velorama announced the event’s eclectic lineup which includes: Glass Animals, Cold War Kids, Vince Staples, Matt And Kim, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and The Kills. Additional acts will be announced soon.

More than a music festival, Velorama combines Colorado’s love for live music with all-things-cycling, all taking place in the heart of the RiNo Art District, one of Denver’s most colorful neighborhoods. Velorama will feature the start/finish of the second annual Colorado Classic pro bicycle race on Saturday and Sunday. In addition there will be multiple competitive criterium races, craft beer, wine and hard cider from independent RiNo producers, 25 of Denver’s best food trucks, an interactive bike expo with test tracks for road, dirt and e-bikes, a kids zone with Strider bike races; and an opportunity to race the train as it passes along the west side of the festival grounds.

A limited number of discounted early bird 3-day festival passes go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 16, for $90 — a savings of 40 percent from the walk-up 3-Day pass price. Tickets can be found at VeloramaFestival.com.
